Not happy with cancellations.

a couple of times I've failed to approve a proof within the allotted time and had my order cancelled. So what? it was only a few days ago. I was offered to restart the order, but not for the same price because the special was over. This makes no sense. I agreed to the offer and started it immediately. A proof is just part of the process, and being 3-4 days beyond your imaginary deadline doesn't hurt anything but customer relations. It's not a huge deal, but frustrating. I do email when I get to them.
