Really Disappointed

I had asked in the review of the materials that we were expecting this pin to be cut out in the shape of the design and instead it's just a rectangle of acrylic. They look really dumb. If we needed to size up or redesign the graphic, we would have to make it work. What's worst is that the entire team running the event and all of our presenters are wearing these during the conference. Really bummed.
