Issue and the fix!

I would like to thank Amanda with customer service. We ordered our window cling, and the machine cutting the clings may have had a dull cutter. It caused a bump in he cutting and tore the paper backing, and left some rough edges. Knowing that customers who have purchased these would not be happy with the quality, we reached out addressing this issue. Amanda was an amazing help. The same day we received our order, she was processing a reprint of those that messed up. That was Tuesday and we just received the reprints today (Friday) of the same week! That is awesome! Our customers will not noticed we had an issue! Thank you all for always doing amazing work, and the quality control is 99% on top of it! We will be processing our next order soon.
