Awful customer service

I ordered two sample shirts with my image on them, they both showed up blank. Not at all what I thought I was ordering. Customer service offered to help me set up an order for two new shirts with my image - and a $10 credit to my account, which I thought was great. When I went to order the two shirts, there was only a $10 credit. I messaged customer service again about it, and they said I wasn’t getting a refund for the blanks, after they said I would. I wouldn’t order shirts from these guys, their stickers are great - but this situation is not.
