I should have bought more

I'm in South Dakota visiting my wife's family and they yelled at me because I didn't use an Angus cow which is what they ranch. I used a Holstein because I had one as a pet in my dads backyard in Phoenix. But they don't care. I'm thinking gunslinger next.
