Stickers are buzzin'

Once I received the stickers I was very happy with them. However, I was very frustration during the ordering process. I told them at least 3 or 4 time that I wanted two orders with different sizes. Again and again they sent me two orders that were the same size. It seemed to take forever to make this order correct. Luckily, I had extra time and when they came they were correct.

And we received the material right on time. The color on the stickers was slightly off from what our original PMS color is though. I would like to understand how could we improve this process to ensure greater accuracy in the future.
