Acrylic Charms

I posted in the chat that I would like ballmarker instead of charms. They said the hoop would be removed. It wasn’t The change think golf design as the hoop (Charm) The sixtyone golf academy does not. Since these are samples. It doesn’t need to be changed but if I order 50-100. This could be an issue. How can this be addressed if ordering a larger quantity? There is no way to talk to anyone via phone only email or chat. If order number is put in the chat conversation is there a way to go back and look at the conversation. Really like the sixtyone golf items with no hoop. Thank you Sixty1
