SMART. That's what I think about SMule giving away your "secret sauce" when we purchase swag from you. It provides a little dopamine hit (a present!), it's memorable (the bottle in the employee breakroom reminds me who I purchased from), and it's a fun marketing metaphor. BUT, it would be just another freebie if SM's order process wasn't great, your customer service wasn't excellent, and your prices weren't competitive. Instead it's like icing...only it's hot sauce.
