Horrible customer service


I ordered a package of 50 bubble wrap envelops. Week after week I sent messages with no answer as to when they will be sent out. A month later, still not here. I messaged sticker mule and they told me they gave me a $10 credit for my inconvenience....$10 isn't alot but ok, I suppose it's the gesture...I accepted.
Turns out it's not $10 credit when you have to order $30 more worth of stuff in order to use the credit!
Just another move to upsell and make more money.
This company cares about their money more then making it right with their customers.
