The print quality is great. The magnetic backing is thinner than most magnets of this type, but they still stick well to the fridge.

Don't let their size fool you! Our custom magnets are thin, high-energy magnets with a pull of 65 pounds per square foot. This means one square foot of material can hold up to 65 pounds. That's stronger than most flexible custom magnets on the market today.
In practical terms, this means:
They'll easily hold three sheets of standard 8.5"x 11" paper on a fridge, so you can turn your kid's art into a magnet to hold your kid's art!

Our custom magnets are about 0.38mm, or 15 mils, thick. For reference, this is about the same thickness as our vinyl stickers with the backing on. Mil is a unit of measurement equal to one-thousandth of an inch and is commonly used for measuring products like magnets and stickers.
It's important to keep in mind that thicker magnets do not necessarily mean stronger magnets. In fact, many of our competitors use magnets that are 20 to 30 mils but have weaker magnetic pull. The strength of a magnet depends more on the quality of the raw materials and the manufacturing process than on thickness alone.
