Long story, but I had placed an order back in November, life got in the way and I never submitted artwork. The order was cancelled and I wasn't charged, so no problem there. But I contacted customer service to see about renewing it to get the same price and the customer service rep was phenomenal. They were able to renew it, submit my artwork and add other items to my order. It was quick, painless and one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any company.
