I want to love these labels - the size, the color, and the rounded corners are amazing. However, the labels are extremely difficult to remove from the paper backing. I have nails and it's still hard to separate. I often try to pull the labels off and the paper behind it comes off too.

Their excellent graphic team was able to see it and offered to help correct the issue. Having hands on experience is key to quality service and great work.

Response time from ordering to proof could not have been quicker, the changes easier, or the quality better. DEF will order again!
