Once a request is submitted, you have 72 hours to review it and decide whether to approve or decline.
During this time:
- You can cancel freely
- You can decline with an explanation if needed
- No work is expected until you approve
After approval, you'll have 72 hours to complete and deliver the design. You're allowed to be late, but if the deadline passes, the customer regains the option to cancel, and you'll receive an email reminder.
