My sample pack did not arrive.

We ship sample packs for free using UPS Mail Innovations. This is the only method that allows us to sell sample packs for £1 and include free delivery, but it does not provide a delivery guarantee. To our frustration, ~1% of these shipments are either lost by UPS Mail Innovations or experience significant delays.
