EDINBURG, NY, January 7th — Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino garnered 57% support in the first poll of the NY-21 Republican primary with 1017 respondents.

Robert Smullen came in a distant second with 23.3% support. Former Gubernatorial Candidate and NY-19 Congressman Marc Molinaro, who has expressed interest in the seat, secured a similarly abysmal 19.7% support.

"We included Molinaro in the poll because there are whispers of his interest in the seat," said Lenny Roudik, Constantino's Campaign Manager.

Candidates were asked why they made their choice and ChatGPT analysis of written responses indicated Constantino's supporters were highly enthusiastic. Molinaro supporters had “Low to Moderate” enthusiasm while Smullen’s supporters were rated as having “Low” enthusiasm.

ChatGPT analysis also claimed that Smullen and Molinaro supporters had “low emotional commitment” to their preferred candidates while Constantino’s supporters were making an “affirmative choice” that they were unlikely to change.

"The poll results confirm I will be very difficult to beat. Enthusiasm is crucial in a primary and also in a midterm election. Survey responses indicate I can steal supporters from my rivals but those who support me will not change their mind easily,” said Constantino

Constantino regularly performs "quick and dirty" polling by text messaging all registered Republicans in New York's 21st Congressional district. With over 1,000 respondents and a wide margin between competitors, his campaign believes the results are statistically valid.

Constantino plans to perform more sophisticated telephone polling in the future to verify the accuracy of his results. Results will be shared when available.
