It has a little bit of sweet taste along with some heat.

I liked it, hot enough but without the salty aftertaste you get from a lot of hot sauce. I rank it just below Jamaican Pickapepper sauce in quality.

I'm not one who uses hot sauces very much at all, but I wanted to try the Mule Sauce... probably because I thought it was funny that the place I get my stickers started offering hot sauce. Result? I like it. The sauce has a good flavor and doesn't allow the "heat" of the sauce to be the prominent factor in it.
