The pins I ordered are pretty cool, but I’m not as impressed with the quality of the product as last time, but that’s probably because of my design. I noticed this time that the colors weren’t very vibrant and the print on the back is really fragile. I haven’t gone through my order of 100 but the design on a few got chipped in shipping. My son plays hockey and we usually buy shirts for the team he is on. That shirt is usually covered up by a jacket in the Hockey Rink, so you never see the shirt. I received a damaged pin and need replaced!

The pins are practically perfect! I really love the way the whole process worked from mock up to delivery! The color is a little off but they still look really cute!

Lesson learned, their acrylic pins are the lowest quality there could be , they look ugly to be honest. I threw all mine away and will never order any of the acrylic pins ever again, not only from this place but in general. This is just another proof that cheap and quality never goes hand in hand. Excellent quality, vibrant colours, good value!

I reached out to customer service because my first order was lighter than expected. They were fast, designed the brighter pin and sent them to me at no cost. The pins are super cool. Service was fantastic! I will 100% order again.
