How are media items different from product setup?

Product setup allows customers to add a physical item to their store for free (after going through the proofing process), for other customers to order. It does not allow for any changes and will earn commissions and markups.

Media items allows customers to add images and videos to their store for free (without going through the proofing process). Other customers can customize the images and have them printed on any of our products. Videos can be downloaded or watched online. These don't earn commissions or markups.
