Dean HaymesHow can you not love this sauce. It goes on just about everything. From scrambled eggs to udon noodles. It has just the right amount of bite without being overpowering. A nice heat on the back of your tongue. Put a few drops on chocolate and let it melt in your mouth. You will experience the sweet and then heat. To me, a perfect paring.

Wasn't expecting to be impressed with a 'free' hot sauce from Sticker Mule, but on trying it, the unusually prominent ginger and earthy notes really made me take notice. It's not like any hot sauce I've previously tried (and that's a LOT of them), but really has a distinctive flavour. It's in my top ten favourites and in all honesty, I would recommend it!
