Lots of production problems, not really great quality, Not sellable as a product

Honestly, I placed multiple orders for charms during a sale week they had recently, and it was overall a really frustrating experience, and I don’t necessarily think it was worth the energy and money. I had extensive repeated problems with the proofing and production: when I sent in files, they would be entirely changed out for different files and I would have to catch that I was being sent proofs free whole wrong item. There were problems randomly, like a circle cut out of a colored area, and a notch cut out of the edge of one of my designs. Both these problems were created during proofing, but they were so small and I didn’t know I had to look for things like this, so I didn’t catch them until they were in my hands. That meant that I had to go through all the effort of dealing with customer service, explaining the problem getting them remade, and waiting extra weeks. Quality wise, I don’t really love these. Since they are one sided, the ink and backing sort of scratches off really easily. Also, the front of the product is the rough edge of the cut, and so all of my designs kind of have these sharp edges that I either have to file down by hand, or Provide a safety warning for. All in all, I will not buy acrylic charms through Sticker Mule again, now that I’ve seen how it all turns out.
