Sadly 60% defect rate on acrylic pins but excellent customer service

While I am always happy with the matte die cut stickers I order I was sorely disappointed that these acrylic pins had such a high defect rate. I purchased the 10 pin sample to see how I would like the product and 3 of 10 had deep scratches or chips into the sides/surface. Another 3 out of the 10 had the artwork scratched off in places on the back. I contacted customer support and they kindly did a rerun of the order for me. Sadly the rerun was pretty much the same level of defect rate. I definitely wouldn't recommend their acrylic pins but I still continue to love their die cut stickers. And I do have to say I adore their customer support their team is always excellent and their turnaround times are always fast.
