Quality of internal packaging

After the month-long shipping from USA to Australia, I found the badges I've ordered has got chips all along the edge alongside with the badges being packed in a zip-lock bag in a box where it was free to shake/rattle about for the entire journey. Would have been ideal if in the future it had some bubble-wrap or even some form of internal packing material to prevent the pins from rattling all about within the box.
