Misleading

I've ordered packaging tape before and it came out stunning! I created a new design, using the original artboard as a template guide. I made the new design seamless, just as I did with the first one too. However, Stickermule resized it or something as it did not span the full height of the tape. I didn't realize it when I reviewed the proof, until it arrived. It looks pretty dumb with a white stripe at the top and bottom. I wish Stickermule would have called that out in the comments, or more contrast on the webpage, as I would not have approved it as is.
