Absolutely awful, emailed multiple times to help and no response!

Please can someone urgently get in touch with me. I placed an order for two rolls of tapes and during the proofing the only concern Stickemule advised was the text lettering may be blurred- nothing else i proceeded as this was the design I wanted. On arrival text is perfect and not blurred just as I wanted.. however colour is shocking!!! Can barely see the background colour which is completely washed out and looked white, this was not raised as a concern during proof. I didn’t want to leave a poor review as was willing to have this rectifyed and hopefully reprinted with a darker background but I’ve sent 5 emails and all have been ignored! Please can someone contact me to resolve asap
