No email about payment having issues so a week late

Hi, I like my stickers though they are extremely hard to peel off. I guess my payment had a problem because I went through PayPal and they messed up but I would have like to get a notification that the order didn't go through instead of just an email that said it would be here on the 28th and then never arrive. I didn't have my Siri let's for the first week of my event. I sent two emails about this and was basically ignored in the reply. I own a small business and I always reply to any customer issues. Then I spent more money after this issue to get more and didn't get a hot sauce! Lol...I would like to order from you guys again but I feel I should be addressed for that mistake..thanks a bunch:)
