Workflow process is great - but product print quality was poor

Stickermule is a great company, however this last order of poly mailers we received totally missed the mark on quality. The proof sent was correct, but the end product was not the correct color. I understand that blue ink sometimes can be difficult to reproduce. The color was suppose to be PMS 295 blue which is a very dark navy blue - the result ended up having more yellow in the printing process which led to the color of more a greenish blue. I do realize that this is digital, but the CMYK C96, M83, Y47, and K39 did not reproduce to the client's satisfaction. Yes we will re-order in the future, but will make sure the design is different.
