Don't use any other color as a base color

My brand utilizes black as a base color and I have requested them to print the mailers in full black, three times. All three times the full bleed print was deplorable, the black looks like a faded dark green color bluring everything printed along with it. If you want these mailers ensure you leave the base white as they dont use coloured mailers but print on white.
