Don't assume they get it. Spell out everything.

I uploaded a fully transparent background for my sticker, and then in the proofing process I asked them to add a dark background to it so we can discuss the orientation and size as I wanted to be sure they sized it how I was expecting. this was very evident in the context of our conversation. so when I approved it, I didn't EXPLICITLY ask them to remove the background assuming they knew my original intent was still the clear background and a true DIECUT sticker (verses a square sticker that I have now). Upon delivery I asked if they could fix it and they told me it was my fault for approving the design with the background. I like Sticker Mule, and have ordered a lot from them - but this is not cool. They wouldn't even make it right for me. They offered me the deal again with $10 off or they offered me the full price with a credit for my order. Those options are not bad, but I just wanted my tickers to be right. I really don't see myself using these and offered to send them back. I have not accepted their offer yet because I am so surprised they refuse to just print them right.
