Lack of good customer service

The stickers arrived ok, but not perfect. Color was off and qr did not work. I understand the possibility qr would not work being small, but I believe it's wasn't the size but the orint quality. If this place had a customer service number to call they could have talked to me and perhaps helped me understand a better format to send the image in? No phone number. Asked a few times and w a s told via email NO NJMBER. I guess thisbis the world we are in.....if we as customers accept it.
