Whilst it was a reprint, these were exceptional quality, thank you.

Unfortunately, this time around our order wasn't up to the standard we've received before. The stickers were dull and, when opening the box I immediately noticed the packaging inside was dirty and, opening the plastic bag found the stickers were also covered in particles of dirt. I'm sure this is just a one-off issue?

This process was amazing. I felt very supported throughout it. The changes to my proofs and requests for additional info were dealt with promptly. I'm happy with the fast shipping and overall the quality is good. The only thing is there a few ink lines causing some streaking in the solid colour background of my sticker. We created labels for our home "mini-farm" products—saved seeds, dried herbs, and pomegranate liqueur! These are just perfect. I love how Sticker Mule sends you feedback on your image if it looks like it needs some fixing. That is super helpful. Very satisfied!

Cannot thank Stickermule enough for their many options, great quality and incredible customer service. They are quick to listen and resolve any issues that arise (in our case, it was a missing delivery) and my client was very happy with the final product. Will definitely order again.

The color was almost black and not even close to being red. I even reordered them with a different color hue and it looked even worse

The stickers themselves were fine, but I needed to speak with customer service about my order. The only contact option given is to text "Hi" to their customer service line. I received absolutely no acknowledgement or response despite several attempts. Will not order from them again.
