Why was my shipment lost?

Sticker Mule uses the services UPS and USPS to deliver packages. If your order is lost, please contact us.

We provide free shipping to our customers within the U.S. and many other countries. Orders over A$55 are sent and tracked with UPS. After an order is shipped, we send an email notification with a UPS tracking code. Orders that are A$53 or less are shipped through US Postal Service (USPS) via 1st class mail and are not trackable. If your package was lost by USPS, contact us and we're happy to reprint the missing items.

To track your sticker shipment, visit UPS.com and enter the tracking code you received by email. You will be able to see delivery status/attempts and/or comments about where the package was left.

Additionally, we are unable to require a signature for delivery. However, if you would like to require a signature for a future order we recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice.
