Can I reply to Notify SMS messages?

Yes. Recipients can reply to SMS campaigns sent through Notify. Replies are synced to Reply, where they can be viewed and managed.

To respond to SMS replies, two-way texting must be enabled.

If a number is registered for Campaigns only, incoming replies can still be viewed, but responses cannot be sent until two-way texting is enabled. Select Turn on two-way texting in Notify to start the re-registration process.

While the registration is under review, SMS replies can still be viewed, but responses cannot be sent.
