The magnets were produced and shipped on schedule. When they did not arrive on schedule I checked UPS tracking and discovered that the contents of the package had gotten lost in transit--no explanation. I discovered this on Monday afternoon. The magnets were for distribution at an event on Wednesday evening. The folks at Sticker Mule remade the order immediately, shipped them overnight, and we had them in hand on Wednesday morning. Also, they looked good!
