Not sure how I feel

I have ordered from Sticker Mule a lot, both for personal and business use. I ordered the new glitter stickers, and they arrived with my logo blurry, as if it had been double imposed on the sticker. I knew they would make it right, so I contacted them, and they did respond in a timely manner and confirm that they would send a corrected batch. The only thing that didn't sit right with me is that the person I communicated with never apologized for the error or inconvenience. Customer service is not just about what you do, but also about how you make people feel when there is an error. I will continue to be a customer and refer people, but I hope that this is address with the staff that handles these types of issues.
