Disappointing

I've ordered a number of times from Sticker Mule (though not all under the same account) and been happy with the product. This time my labels were clearly printed poorly, off center. It was immediately visible. Anyone handling the labels prior to shipping should have been able to tell. When I reached out about the issue, I let customer service know that I needed them for a big show. I'm leaving on Th morning. Sadly, they are not scheduled to arrive until Fri. If this had been a less obvious error, I'd be disappointed, but less critical. I know it's possible to reprint and ship in time.
