Delayed because a reprint was needed.

The product arrived too late because a reprint was needed. The first batch of kiss-cut stickers that arrived were defective. The kiss-cut sticker wasn't cut through all the way and wouldn't peel off the backer and surrounding promo piece. I didn't have them for my trade show because the reprint didn't arrive in time. No attempt or compensation was made to get me the reprint faster. It took almost 3 weeks to get a successful batch. TO LATE for my tradeshow which was the entire point of purchasing this kiss-cut. My experience was bad and very frustrating, However, the end product does look good and works as advertised. It just took way too long and too many attempts from the printer.
