Sizes run small and not a completely comfy shirt

I've been spoiled by GREAT tees and the blend is super important to me, when they said soft, i got excited... it's a little scratchy and not the incredibly comfy i've found in very select few tees i've owned. The print looks good, but not sure how long it will last or how quickly it will degrade in the wash. More than anything, a test shirt to see if i'd order more when needed... as of now, no.
