shipped to the wrong person

I got an email from another artist today. She received my stickers and posted them online. One of her followers recognized my work. I am really disappointed in this service. This is now the second time (and I have only ordered with you twice) that my work was received by the wrong person, or a I received someone else work. I am a small business - and this is a huge breach of trust. I make art to sell - not to give away my designs to other artists. What are you going to do to make this better? Because as it stands I am going to comment on everyone of your Facebook advertisements.
