Poor quality of plastic

Hello Sticker mule team, I am very happy with all my custom orders but the key chain was not made of really poor quality plastic. Additionally I assumed that this will be made on METAL and not plastic. Can you please help me with this order as the key chain is for a realtor and we dont like to issue cheap plastic key chains.
