I feel cheated

I tried to reorder a previous design / size and the system defaulted it to be slower than my previous orders. I requested the larger size in order notes and they sent one 1/3 smaller. Basically, I paid the same for 3 square inches that everyone else pays for 9 square inches. And what I requested was five square inches. This is the second time they’ve done this. The first time they corrected it. This time, they wanted to argue even though my order history shows the sizes I’ve ordered in the past, including the replacement for the last error. Stickermule has been okay correcting issues in the past but to argue with me when I have history they can access is really lame.
