The stickers don't stick

I ordered a set of stickers for my new company and more than half of the stickers have such a weak stick that they won't stick, can't be used on water bottles, computers, paper. Some stick perfectly fine, about half just have no stick at all, back feels like one of those decals that you lick to temporary stick on a window and then can remove, but not working as stickers.
