Where has the quality gone?

These stickers used to be thick, vinyl, and tear proof. Now they’re literally paper thin and crumble. What happened? Terrible quality. I even contacted them asking them for a refund or some sort of credit and they basically didn’t care at all and told me this is what they do now. terrible customer service on top of everything. Will be taking my business elsewhere
