RUDE AND SEND EMAILS JUST TO MESS WITH ME

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! 14 hours and didnt have a proof. There is terrible communication and takes them hours to write back because its email is the only way to communicate with them. when there is communication they pretend they dont know what i am talking about. Eventhough Ive sent screenshots of everything they need Been a customer a long time and spent tens or thousands or dollars and they think it is funny to send emails pretending they dont know what the artwork page is on their site and make me send screenshots of it. you think that is funny? I hope you think this review is funny as well
