Acrylic magnet lettering doesn't look like proof

Wish I could attach a photo for reference. My approved proof was fantastic! It showed solid black lettering on white background. Magnet lettering is multi-colored (which I didnt mind) but only a faint grey-ish outline, barely readabke unless you get close to it. I'm hoping to reach out to via Customer Service for help getting them remade or refunded.
