I received 2 separate sticker designs that had a "noise" like effect on them, so I left a review. Customer service contacted me within hours, asking for photos to get feedback. With very impressive efficiency (and it was a human, not a bot, I could tell!! ❤️) they adjusted the file and reprinted the items I had concerns with as a resolution. When I first submitted my design, wanting a lapel-sized pin, I was told the pin backing was larger and so the design had to be as well. When they arrived, I found the pin backing was small enough to achieve my desired size anyway. I've been very satisfied with my other orders, and continue to buy from Stickermule. I won't, however, be ordering more such pins.

The pins turned out great. They made a couple suggestions regarding my initial request to make them even better and I’m so happy with the way they turned out. I’ve even ordered a second time already. I appreciate that they come with a protective film on them and I just let people know to remove it. Thank you so much!

Im sure it’s a fault of the shipping company and not stickermule, but can’t review because the stickers didn’t arrive.
