I’ve ordered several times from sticker mule never had a problem. This last order had an issue. However the response from sticker mule is next level. They are correcting the issue as we speak. Outstanding customer service.

My order got lost in the mail. They offered me a reprint, free of charge. The magnets are just lime I hoped. I am very thankful!

The quality of the sticker seems okay. It is a matte finish. Not quite as easy to peel as advertised, but good enough. I am glad for the recommendations and adjustments made in the design/proof process. Keep in mind that delivery methods will vary vastly depending on region. Anticipate third party involvement. Hello, I have just received our stickers and unfortunately, they are unusable as they are; Print looks great however I have requested background to be reflective NOT clear. I need something that will stand out on our hardhats to clearly identify grading tested certified personnel!! Please advise how to move forward.
