Why didn't my Commissions ID verification work?

D verification may fail if:

• You're not located in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

• Your ID is expired or isn't an accepted form of identification.

• Your selfie doesn't match your ID photo.

• Your ID has already been verified on another account. Only one account can be verified at a time.

You have 24 hours to complete verification and can make up to 5 attempts.
