Notify keeps pricing simple: you'll pay US$0.03 per recipient, with a US$5 minimum per campaign. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. You only pay when you send. Payments are processed instantly when you click Pay & Send, and campaigns are sent immediately (so refunds aren't available).
