What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time for all US locations is 4 business days production plus 2 day shipping. We also offer rushed shipping options depending on your order total and destination. Enter your country and postcode here to see delivery options.

Our standard production time is 4 business days, but we also offer 3 day rush production for C$11 extra on orders less than C$625. For orders less than C$26, we offer a C$5 rushed production option. During checkout we provide a list of possible delivery dates including rush production options. At the moment, rush production is only available for orders less than C$625.

During checkout we let you choose your delivery date based on your preference for standard or rush production.

Orders over C$6,250 have a turnaround time of 7 business days + free 2-day shipping.

Orders over C$12,500 have a turnaround time of 12 business days + free 1-5-day shipping via UPS Ground.
