Transparent background

I submitted this as a 1 star review, but for "some" reason it wasn't published. So here it is as a "3 star review". I had three keychains printed and for some reason only this one ended up with a clear/transparent background. The other two have a white background and pop but this one looks weird. Sent pictures, a video and about 4 long emails to the company but it turns out it's all my fault. This keychain was only $75 of my $1k order, but instead of a free reprint, I was offered a $25 credit, which I can use if I spend more than $30. Disappointing.
